Farm pickups are free and always welcome, but please be sure to place your order online and select an available pickup time to ensure we have your order ready when you arrive.
It will take us several days to process your order. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday are delivered the following week if possible. Orders are typically delivered on Wednesday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. we will send you an estimated time arrival the evening before we deliver and then again 10 minutes before we arrive.
Someone should be there to receive the order, but if you need to leave for an hour or less please give us instructions where to leave your parcel.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Meadow Song Farms. Following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We will email or text you (depending on your contact settings in your account) the evening before we deliver. We require someone to be there to receive the order, or please leave instructions on the order notes where we can leave it. If you leave instructions where to leave the order when it is delivered we are no longer responsible for it. In the event you fail to retrieve your order in a timely manner we are not responsible for the condition of the products. Please make it priority to receive your order as it is perishable.
If for some reason you can’t receive your order on the day we are delivering, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work out another delivery day for you.
We do not accept returns due to the fact that our products are highly perishable.
