To Order:

1. Review our Product List.
2. Add the items you need to your cart.
3. Select your desired pickup location and follow the checkout procedure.

NOTE: Ordering closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Saturday before your selected date.

To Pick-Up:

1. Meet us at the pickup location you selected at checkout.
2. Transfer your food from our cooler to yours.
3. Bring your order confirmation email along to match the order number and confirm you received all your items.

To Pay:

1. Payment is made online by credit,or debit card at the time of checkout or at pickup by credit,debit,or e-transfer.

It's that easy! There are no strings attached, and no membership fees. You don't need to order every time... it is totally up to you. We do all the organizing. All you do is place the order on time, be there to pick it up on time and pay for it. We do the rest.

What We Do

1. Carefully pack your order in coolers with icepacks if we are delivering to a customer hosted pickup point, or set it aside at a retail location so that it is ready for you to pickup when you arrive.
2. Deliver your products to the customer hosted pickup point if that is what you selected.

Important Notes

• If you are meeting us at a customer hosed pickup point we will be driving a black Mazda 6 that possibly will have a trailer.

• Please call or text us at 519-998-8590 if you will be more than 5 minutes late for a pickup appointment or if there is some emergency that prohibits you from picking up your order entirely.

• The order deadline is 4:00 p.m. Saturday before selected delivery day. Please, be respectful of our schedule and order on time. It keeps both of us happy. :)
