Thankyou for shopping at Meadow Song Farms. Following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are not delivered daily. We typically deliver on Wednesdays. We will email or text you (depending on your contact settings in your account) the evening before we deliver. We require someone to be there to receive the order, or please leave instructions on the order notes where we can leave it. If you leave instructions where to leave the order when it is delivered we are no longer responsible for it. In the event you fail to retrieve your order in a timely manner we are not responsible for the condition of the meat. Please make it priority to receive your order as it is perishable.
If for some reason you can’t receive your order on the day we are delivering, please let us know as soon as possible! If you do not let us know before we are en-route with your order there will be an additional $35 charge when we attempt to deliver your order on our next run. If you decide to cancel your order there will be a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns due to the fact that our products are highly perishable.
We do not deliver outside of Ontario.
