Our lamb is the ultimate clean, nutritious meat. Katahdin hair sheep are known for their delicate flavoured meat and you now have the opportunity to discover it for yourself! Our flock is raised on lush pastures in the summer using intensive grazing techniques that give them constant access to fresh forage.
Aside from mineral supplements our flock receives a diet of only grasses and leaves.
