Our lamb is the ultimate clean, nutritious meat. Katahdin hair sheep are known for their delicate flavoured meat and you now have the opportunity to discover it for yourself! Get your name on our rapidly growing waiting list to experience it! Currently the orders being placed will be hopefully filled this fall. The Whole Lamb package is a box with a complete mixture of the pieces you order that comes to a total of 30 pounds unless you order the All Inclusive. With the All Inclusive package the extra organs and soup bones are free bonus weight above the 30 pounds of meat.
The half lamb packages are a 15 pound mix of the combo you choose.
